When will my order arrive?

Each garment is handmade with care and will ship within 7 to 8 weeks from the order date. While I strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen delays can occasionally happen. In some cases, orders may ship sooner, and I will notify you via email once your order is dispatched.

Important: Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. These issues are beyond my control, and I am unable to provide refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to update your address after checkout, feel free to contact me as soon as possible, and I will update it for you. 

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I do! Simply select the custom option under the catalog to place your order. After your purchase, I’ll personally reach out via email to discuss your design and bring your vision to life.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly offer an exchange. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process.


Do you restock items?

Yes! Certain garments will be restocked periodically. Be sure to follow me on TikTok and Instagram (@2ndStWear) for restock updates and announcements.

What about sizing?

My garments are designed to have an oversized fit for a relaxed and stylish look. If you have any questions about sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help you find the best fit.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail or delayed?

Once your order is shipped, I’m not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly to locate it or file a claim. If you need any further assistance please feel free to reach out to me for any additional assistance. 

Important: I cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, as shipping timelines depend on the carrier. Refunds will not be provided for packages delayed due to carrier issues..

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
