When will my order arrive?
Each garment is handmade with care, not mass-produced. Because of this, orders typically ship within 4 to 10 weeks from your order date. In many cases, your piece will be finished sooner. As soon as it’s ready, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
I know waiting can feel stressful in a world of 2-day shipping, but please know: your order is real, protected, and guaranteed. If any unexpected delays happen, I’ll keep you updated directly.
Important: Delivery times can sometimes be impacted by carriers, weather, or other factors outside my control. I can’t offer refunds for these situations, but I’ll always guide you on how to locate your package or file a claim if needed.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Just select the Custom option in the catalog to place your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, I’ll personally reach out via email to collaborate with you on the design and bring your vision to life.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final since each piece is handmade to order. That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly offer an exchange. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can make it right.
Do you restock items?
Yes! Certain garments are restocked from time to time. For the latest updates, be sure to follow me on TikTok and Instagram (@2ndStWear) — that’s where I share restock announcements first.
What about sizing?
My garments are designed with an oversized fit for a relaxed and stylish look. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to help you find the best fit for you.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to locate it or start a claim.
That said, you’re never on your own — if you need help, just reach out to me and I’ll guide you through the process.
Important: I can’t guarantee delivery by specific dates, since carrier timelines are outside my control. Refunds won’t be issued for packages delayed due to carrier issues.
How can I track my order?
