When will my order arrive?

Each garment is handmade to order, never mass-produced. Because of this, the 4–10 week fulfillment window is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Many orders are finished sooner, but this range gives room for the full custom process and the care that goes into each piece.

Once your garment is completed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

I know waiting can feel a little stressful in a world of 2-day shipping, but your order is real, protected, and being created specifically for you. If anything unexpected comes up that may extend the timeline, I’ll always reach out and keep you updated.

Need your order for a specific date or event?

I’m always happy to try and help with special dates, but orders can only be guaranteed if I’ve confirmed the timeline with you in writing beforehand. Since every piece is custom-made, I’m not able to offer refunds for missed dates unless we’ve discussed and agreed on that timing ahead of time.

If your order is finished and shipped before your requested date but the carrier experiences delays or routing issues, I unfortunately can’t guarantee their delivery speed. Once a package is with the carrier, it’s fully in their hands.


Shipping Notes

Things like weather, carrier delays, and transit issues are outside of my control. Because each item is made just for you, I’m not able to issue refunds due to shipping delays.

That said, I’m always here to help — whether it’s tracking your package, understanding what’s happening, or guiding you through filing a claim if needed. I’ll support you however I can.


Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Select the Custom option in the catalog to place your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, I’ll reach out via email to collaborate with you on the design and bring your vision to life.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each garment.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, I’m happy to offer an exchange. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can make it right.


Do you restock items?

Yes! Certain pieces are restocked periodically. Follow me on TikTok and Instagram (@2ndStWear) for the earliest restock announcements.


What about sizing?

Most garments are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. If you’re unsure what size to choose, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help you find the right fit.


What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order leaves my hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to locate it or start a claim.
That said, you’re never on your own. I will gladly help guide you through the process.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, please double-check your spam or junk folder.
